This position requires a professional individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems
• Track and trace shipments, providing proactive updates to customers
• Liaise with airlines, customs authorities, and other relevant parties
• Prepare and review export documentation for compliance with international regulations
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly
• Optimize shipment routes and costs to enhance efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations and industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
