Oggi, Camper ha più di 400 negozi ed è disponibile in oltre 40 paesi. We are currently looking for a Sales Associate 24h for our store in Napoli; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand value.

As a Sales Associate, your mission will be to focus on sales and customer service tasks. We’re counting on you to offer the full experience of the brand to our omnichannel consumers, contributing to attaining the objectives in terms of sales, service, and business growth.

Your main tasks will be:
  1. Customer Experience: Our customers matter! You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long-term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.
  2. Brand image: Each store embodies the Company’s culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for the brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principles.
  3. Operations & Procedures: In the omnichannel era, operations are a key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s Policies & Procedures. Organization leads to efficiency.
You are our perfect match if:
  1. You are passionate about Retail, in all of its shades (in-store and omnichannel).
  2. Previous experience working in contact with people will be highly considered.
  3. You are flexible and available to work part-time (20-30 hours per week from Monday to Sunday).
  4. Customer centricity is key in your approach to customers.
  5. You are omnichannel oriented and you are good at using technological tools.
  6. You have a strong team spirit and great energy.
  7. You are a great communicator and are highly results-oriented.
  8. You can speak fluent Italian and English. Any additional language will be a plus.
  9. You have the legal right to work in Europe without requiring visa sponsorship.
