Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Analista Tecnico freelance pour un contrat de 12 mois en full remote. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 5 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, avec une expertise en Java et en méthodologie Agile. Ce rôle implique la définition de spécifications techniques et la collaboration avec les développeurs pour assurer la réussite des projets.

Competenze

• 5+ ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, de préférence en méthodologie Agile.
• Expérience dans la conception de solutions backend et le développement d'applications.
• Connaissance des architectures microservices et des services d'application REST & SOAP.

Highlights:

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to define technical specifications based on an architectural design provided in terms of interaction among systems, data exchange, transformations following a specific design methodology.
• Participates and cooperates in shaping activities, participates in feasibility analyses for new or upgraded initiatives (Epic and User Story), assessing impacts for IT, and supports developers during the development phase.
• Performs detailed, functional, and technical analysis/design.
• Provides test support and aids in problem determination.
• Collaborates in defining new suppliers and contractual requirements.
• Breaks down requirements and technical solutions into appropriate sections (User Stories), examining costs, benefits, and risks of various options before selecting an approach; explains and justifies decisions systematically.

Key Capabilities/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development projects, preferably in Agile methodology.
• Experience in designing backend solutions and developing applications with Java on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Excellent knowledge of the existing IT architecture (for the relevant domain) and technical flows.

• Problem-solving skills to find creative ways of driving progress and removing impediments.
• Analytic skills for creating end-to-end solutions.
• A team player mindset, with a 'make it happen' mentality, eager to learn, and able to coach others.
• Good communication skills in English, with strong presentation skills across different skill and seniority levels.
• Main areas of knowledge include:
• Microservices architecture and domain design model.
• Advanced experience in developing REST & SOAP application services.
• Knowledge of the technology landscape at the application level in the relevant domain.
• DBMS and SQL (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL).
• UML standards.
• Familiarity with Agile paradigm and Scrum methodology.
• Experience in retail banking business.
