The role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and service departments primarily in China. If you have a good understanding of our products, a proven track record in generating new business, maintaining accounts, and possess creativity and passion, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Position Summary

Working with the EU market team, this position is responsible for coordinating, managing, and leading sales activities in assigned industries. Main applications include corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting rental, virtual applications, mainly for rental and staging LED product lines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads to meet or exceed targets.
  2. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships to expand sales.
  3. Forecast sales activities and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.
  4. Participate in establishing annual industry business plans and target customer strategies.
  5. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  6. Travel regularly to develop business, approaching rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals to promote the Absen brand. Coordinate with distributors by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  7. Stay informed about new products and services relevant to customers.
  8. Gather and relay feedback from field activities to HQ, including insights on products, marketing, sales, and services.
  9. Prepare monthly industry reports and quarterly situation analyses.
  10. Manage communication with customers and headquarters during project implementation.
Other Duties
  1. Host customer visits to China HQ.
  2. Participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows.
  3. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education / Experience
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  2. At least 5 years in B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in the AV industry.
  3. Over 3 years’ experience in projects related to this role, with responsibilities in sales, marketing, or product management.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
Language Skills

Fluent written and verbal skills in German, English, Dutch, or Italian.

Note: You need to be based in Italy, as your business activities will be country-specific.
