Position: 2 Postdoc positions in Computational Chemistry

Location: Scuola Normale Superiore, Pisa, Italy

Two postdoc positions are available at the Scuola Normale Superiore (Pisa, Italy) in the group of Prof. Giuseppe Brancato. The research project concerns the theoretical and computational study of metal complex systems by exploiting different approaches ranging from first principle calculations to molecular dynamics simulations and computational spectroscopic methods. The research will be carried out in close collaboration with experimentalists working in the field and will benefit from a newly established computing center and a stimulating environment within the campus.

Qualifications:

1. Solid background in Physics, Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
2. Documented experience and skills in modeling and simulations of biological systems.
3. Experience in scientific computing.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
