Competenze

Help Desk - Level 2

We’re looking for a passionate Level 2 Help Desk Specialist to join our team remotely, supporting our client in Milan.

Required Skills:
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Incident Management: Ability to handle incidents not resolved at Level 1, ensuring the correct functionality of applications and restoring systems to their pre-failure state.
  • Problem-Solving: Experience in analyzing, diagnosing, and fixing software issues, including bug fixing and providing workarounds for business continuity.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and .Net development environments.
  • Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL Server 2017+ and Oracle 12c.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to support Level 1 teams, investigate root causes, and suggest technical improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to interact with various stakeholders and ensure smooth communication between technical and business teams.
  • English Proficiency: Ability to read and write proficiently, with conversational skills.
Additional Technical Skills:
  • Development experience with ASP.NET MVC
  • Strong understanding of WCF and WPF
  • Proficiency in .NET Core
  • Experience with SQL Server 2017+ and Oracle 12c
  • Familiarity with Reporting Services 2012+
  • Knowledge of Angular and Blazor

What You Will Do:
  • Handle Level 2 incidents, including root cause analysis, bug fixing, and restoration of services.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to provide guidance and knowledge transfer.
  • Work closely with business users to identify and implement workarounds when needed.
  • Ensure proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and improvement strategies.
  • Be part of a dynamic team supporting a key client in Milan, with an initial 6-day on-site presence during the onboarding month.
