We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team. The position is remote, with an option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office if preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on product launches and transitions to support sales programs, including product and service-related support.
  • Develop new business opportunities with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, and build customer rapport.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the customer’s organization, such as engineering, sourcing, operations, product management, and quality.
  • Provide technical presentations on new products, project timelines, quality performance, and training.
  • Document market and customer insights and relay this information within the organization.
  • Assist marketing efforts by analyzing market trends, monitoring regulatory activities, and collecting customer feedback.
  • Support team members in achieving KPIs.
  • Participate in promotional activities and trade shows regionally and internationally.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
  • Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  • Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not required.
