Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Analista Tecnico freelance pour un projet à distance de 12 mois. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 5 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, notamment en Java et en méthodologie Agile. Ce rôle implique l'analyse fonctionnelle, la conception technique et la collaboration avec les développeurs. Un tarif journalier compétitif de 250 à 280 euros est proposé, sans contrat d'embauche.

Competenze

• 5+ ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, de préférence en méthodologie Agile.
• Expérience en conception de solutions backend et développement d'applications.
• Connaissance des architectures microservices et des services d'application REST & SOAP.

Mansioni

• Interpréter les règles métier et définir des spécifications techniques.
• Participer aux analyses de faisabilité et soutenir les développeurs.

Highlights:

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to define technical specifications based on an architectural design provided in terms of interaction among systems, data exchange, transformations following a specific design methodology.
• Participates and cooperates in shaping activities, participates in feasibility analyses for new or upgraded initiatives (Epic and User Story), assessing impacts for IT, and supports developers during the development phase.
• Performs detailed, functional, and technical analysis/design.
• Provides test support and problem determination.
• Collaborates in defining new suppliers and contractual requirements.
• Breaks down requirements and technical solutions into appropriate sections (User Story), examining costs, benefits, and risks of various options before selecting an approach; explains and justifies decisions logically and systematically.

Key Capabilities/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development projects, preferably in Agile methodology.
• Experience in designing backend solutions and developing applications with Java on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Excellent knowledge of the existing IT architecture (for the relevant domain) and technical flows.

• Problem-solving skills to find creative ways of driving progress and removing impediments.
• Analytic skills for creating end-to-end solutions.
• A team player mindset, with a 'make it happen' mentality, eager to learn, and able to coach others.
• Good communication skills in English, with strong presentation skills (telling – selling) across different skill and seniority levels.

• Microservices architecture and domain design model.
• Advanced experience in developing REST & SOAP application services.
• Technology landscape (application level) of the relevant domain.
• DBMS and SQL (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL).
• UML standards.
• Agile paradigm.
• Scrum.
• Retail banking business.
