A leading company in the biopharmaceutical sector is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) to join their innovative team. This role involves independently managing clinical trial monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with protocols, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a strong understanding of ICH-GCP, with the opportunity to travel throughout Italy.

Bring your monitoring expertise to the forefront of innovation. We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) to join our A-team (hybrid). As a CRA II at Allucent, you will independently control and monitor investigational sites, pro-actively detect issues, provide solutions to ensure clinical studies are performed according to the trial protocol and in compliance with SOPs, applicable regulations, and the principles of Good Clinical Practice.

The role
As a CRA II, you will take the lead on monitoring activities, owning your sites and relationships with investigators. You’ll be the bridge between sponsor and site, ensuring trial integrity while being supported by a collaborative, experienced team. You will be a mentor for junior team members and contribute to grow our success. You will travel throughout Italy.
