We are expanding our Insurance core platforms team and are looking for a (Senior) Consultant for Insurance Core Transformation in Germany, Austria, Spain, or Italy.

Your Tasks:

• Assist clients in transforming their core business processes
• Define target functional and IT landscapes focusing on insurance core applications
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions based on the target platform
• Develop and coordinate implementation options with relevant business and IT departments
• Manage integration, analyzing and defining functional and technical integration of insurance core systems with peripheral systems
• Visualize and analyze the impact of transformation projects on business areas and processes

Your Profile:

• Experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant with focus on insurance functional/technical architecture, core processes, or operations management
• Several years of insurance industry experience
• Knowledge of project management and workshop moderation
• Experience in migration projects is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Europe
• Proficiency in English
