Senior Travel Designer (Italy team)

Start Date : ASAP

Employer : N2S Italia Ltd

Type of Contract : Full-Time

Base Salary per Annum : to be discussed, depending on experience

Bonus : up to 25% of the Gross Salary

Annual Leave Entitlement : 3 months

Working place : working from home / remote. London with full employment contract, Italy with freelancer full-time contract. Working days: Monday to Friday – 10am to 6pm. In high season (June to September), occasional weekend support may be required for urgent matters.

TASKS :
  1. Travel Design: Creating luxury travel itineraries including activities, transportation, and VIP services to ensure seamless experiences that embrace N2S values.
  2. Villa Rental: Managing villa rental requests, suggesting suitable properties, engaging with clients for pre-arrival information, and ensuring a seamless, luxurious villa stay.
  3. Data Entry: Upload all booking information into company software and reserve services via automated emails.
  4. Coordination: Liaise with the Quality Manager during travel document stage to ensure all client details and ground partner communications are in place.
  5. Client Support: Respond promptly to client and B2B agent requests, providing timely support and adding personalized touches to enhance the experience.
  6. Product Development: Create new products, including local site inspections and scouting.
  7. Administrative Support: Assist CEO, COO, and CFO with daily tasks as needed.
Requirements :
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or event planning, preferably with a DMC background.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German) are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building with clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills focused on excellence standards.
  • Strong taste and aesthetic sense essential for this role.
