Job Opportunity: Temporary HR Manager

Human Hub is seeking experienced professionals and managers for the role of Temporary HR Manager. We are a team with twenty years of experience in consulting and HR services. Through our Temporary HR Management service, Human Hub offers seasoned professionals to initiate or develop HR functions within client companies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Developing the client portfolio
  2. Managing projects related to:
    • Organizational analysis and change
    • Review and implementation of HR processes
    • Evaluation of HR partnerships
    • Defining Performance Management systems
    • Designing and managing training plans
    • Internal communication and union relations
    • Compensation & benefits management
    • Reviewing recruitment processes and improving candidate attraction
Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager, Key Account, or Manager in HR services for companies
  • Strong commercial aptitude
  • Excellent relational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic vision
  • Ability to work independently, organized, and results-oriented
  • Good computer skills
