Description
The candidate will contribute to and develop business strategy, marketing plans, pre-commercialisation plans, as well as integrated communication and engagement campaigns to promote a product, service, or idea. This is a varied role, which involves:
- planning

Responsibilities
The candidate will work closely with the Innovation Strategy Director and the Project Managers, with the following responsibilities:
- create awareness of and develop the brand to be marketed
- engage and communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- assist with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and social media campaigns
- support the Director in delivering activities
- source advertising opportunities and place advertisements according to the media channel selected
- write and proofread marketing copy for online and print campaigns
- produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
- manage social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) to enhance engagement
- organise events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
- source and secure sponsorship
- liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots
- coordinate the distribution of marketing materials
- maintain and update customer databases
- conduct market research using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
What you will learn

- evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to ensure effectiveness
- monitor marketing performance and ROI, and prepare reports for management
- monitor and report on competitor activity
