A leading company in Italy is seeking a freelance IT Integrator / Technical Analyst for a fully remote role. The position requires over 5 years of experience in software development, particularly in Agile environments, with a strong focus on backend solutions and Java applications. The successful candidate will engage in defining technical specifications, collaborating with suppliers, and providing test support, all while working within a dynamic team.

• Advanced experience with REST & SOAP services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation of business rules and requirements to define technical specifications based on architectural designs, focusing on system interactions, data exchange, and transformations following a specific methodology.
• Participates in feasibility analyses for new or upgraded initiatives (Epic and User Story), assessing impacts for IT, and supports developers during development phases.
• Performs detailed functional and technical analysis and design.
• Provides test support and aids in problem resolution.
• Collaborates on defining new suppliers and contractual requirements.
• Breaks down requirements and solutions into appropriate sections (User Stories), examining costs, benefits, and risks, and justifies decisions systematically.

Key Capabilities/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in Agile environments.
• Experience designing backend solutions and developing Java applications with J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of existing IT architecture and technical flows in relevant domains.
