Job Description

Grafton Horeca, a specialized team within Gi Group Spa authorized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, is seeking a Night Manager for an exclusive hotel in Perugia. This role involves managing all night-time front office activities, handling back-office operations such as cash closing and reporting, addressing client requests, and coordinating with maintenance and room service departments.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing night operations of the Front Office and Back Office
• Managing client requests and needs
• Collaborating with other departments, especially Maintenance and Room Service

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a Night Manager
• Precision and reliability
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in English

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour night shifts, 5 days a week

Contract Details:

• Direct contract with the company until January 2026
