Description

The Longue Vue Club, an exclusive private golf club in Verona, is seeking experienced and talented Line Cooks. Located in a historic landmark building, we offer the highest quality fine dining to our members and their guests. We pride ourselves on great food and outstanding service.

Responsibilities :

• Prepping station for service, stock product for service according to prep sheets; we are a scratch kitchen.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with fellow kitchen staff, ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
• Comply with proper sanitation and safety standards.
• Maintain a team-oriented kitchen, fostering a positive, professional, and helpful approach with fellow coworkers.

Additional details:

• Hourly wage: $18-$22
• Typical shifts from noon-10pm
• Weekend and Holiday availability required
• Benefits include paid sick leave, 401k program, daily staff meal
• Work schedule includes 4-day work weeks from November to March and entire month of January off

As a National Historic District, Longue Vue Club is among the most beautiful golf clubs in the Pittsburgh area. Our 49,000-square-foot clubhouse serves as the hub of social activities for our Members, featuring amenities such as four tennis courts, four paddle courts, an Olympic swimming pool, Shooting Sports facilities, and multiple dining areas. Our club offers a welcoming environment where members feel at home.

• Proven cooking experience
