As a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand, we are growing rapidly and expanding our reach. We prioritize transparency, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and now we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help us scale our micro-influencer collaborations and drive brand growth.

Your Role

As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a micro-influencer strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and sales. You will identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships while ensuring that all collaborations align with our brand’s vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead influencer marketing initiatives, from strategy development to execution, focusing on micro-influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Identify, vet, and onboard influencers who align with the brand, ensuring partnerships are high-quality and results-driven.
• Develop and optimize influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and long-term brand loyalty.
• Oversee influencer engagement, ensuring seamless collaboration and content execution.
• Negotiate contracts and partnership terms to maximize ROI while maintaining strong relationships with creators.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategy and optimize future collaborations.
• Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging talent to keep our approach innovative.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align influencer content with broader brand and campaign objectives.
• Streamline internal processes for influencer management, ensuring efficient and scalable workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in influencer marketing, either in-house or at an agency, with a focus on beauty, skincare, or DTC brands.
• A strong network of micro-influencers or the ability to quickly identify and establish relationships with the right creators.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including content trends, best practices, and platform-specific strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain successful influencer relationships.
• Ability to develop creative, authentic influencer campaigns that align with brand messaging and drive measurable results.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, always looking for ways to improve and scale influencer marketing efforts.
