Position: Retail Associate - JD Sports, Milanese, Italy

JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981 with a single store in northwest England, is now one of the leading Multi-Channel retailers of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. The group operates over 2,400 stores, caters to various retail segments, and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the best possible customer service during every store visit.
2. Assist customers from selection to purchase, aiming to meet sales targets.
3. Provide alternatives and maximize sales, including through digital channels, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain sales standards and ensure cleanliness of the store environment.
5. Check stock levels, replacing items as necessary to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Team-oriented with a good eye for detail.
