Your mission

We're looking for an enthusiastic Chief Marketing Officer to join our team, take full responsibility for all revenue-generating and customer-engagement activities, and manage the entire marketing department (currently split into teams: Advertising, Affiliation, Content, Email Marketing, and SEO).

You will be reporting to the CEO and will be in charge of:

• Driving revenue and customer engagement activities (customer acquisition, marketing strategies, pricing, packaging, sales, international expansion, customer success, and support);
• Developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing, sales, and customer success strategies and campaigns;
• Collaborating with departments like Software Development, Product, and Finance to align strategies with company goals;
• Owning all commercial performance reporting tools;
• Leading and mentoring the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and feedback;
• Driving innovation using data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Growth Officer, or similar role with proven success;
• Experience in scaling SaaS companies;
• Strong background in subscription-based SaaS;
• Understanding of KPIs such as ROAS, customer volume, market share, ARR, NPS, etc.;
• Expertise in funnel optimization, performance marketing, and SEO;
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Search Console, and analytics tools;
• Experience managing multiple marketing teams empathetically;
• High proficiency in English;
• Willingness to scale operations and support growth enthusiastically.

Location

We support full remote work. You can work from anywhere, or use our offices in Italy (Milan, Bologna) and Germany (Berlin, Hamburg) for a hybrid model.
