General Description:

Under the guidance of the Regional Field Manager, this individual will maximize BeiGene's products in the assigned territory. The Key Account Manager (KAM) will implement business strategies in collaboration with Market Access and Medical colleagues, aiming to achieve sales targets within budget. The role includes developing strategic account plans in coordination with other functions and supporting key account customers professionally and ethically.

Area of responsibility:

Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige

Preferred region of residence:

Veneto

Essential Functions:
  • Build BeiGene's brand and awareness in the hematology-oncology market in the territory
  • Develop lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage regional sales, reputation, access goals, and performance parameters
  • Implement commercial projects to improve patient care
  • Organize and conduct local symposia and workshops
  • Gather insights and analyze information to identify strategic opportunities
  • Participate in meetings and symposia at various levels
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations
Qualifications:
  • Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience
  • Several years of experience as a commercial representative in hematology-oncology, with knowledge of Lymphomas preferred
  • Scientific background and project management knowledge
  • Strong alignment with BeiGene’s values and loyalty
  • Willingness to learn and develop
