Governmental Security Market Expert (m / f / d) Italy

You will work with our customers to design the best possible strategies for global and local brand protection solutions, smart supply chains, and consumer interaction. This includes integrating cutting-edge security technologies such as RFID, NFC, serialized QR Codes, Holograms, Secure Digital Printing, and comprehensive Cloud solutions.

For high-security governmental projects in the hologram sector, we are seeking an experienced Governmental Security Market Expert (m / f / d).

Your Tasks

1. Acquire new customers and develop existing ones with innovative IoT solutions.
2. Manage and steer customer projects, coordinating internally to ensure success.
3. Be responsible for the short- and long-term profitability of your customer portfolio.
4. Work with governmental institutions on holograms and labels.
5. Develop sales plans for your segment and distribution area, targeting relevant customer groups and technologies to build long-term relationships.
6. Define sales strategies for each customer and product segment, both short- and long-term.
7. Identify and develop new customers and market segments outside existing ones.
8. Use tools to monitor and report sales performance, steering activities to reach new markets and customers, including pricing, profitability, and resource allocation.

Requirements

Your Profile

1. Completed technical or business degree, or extensive sales experience in the packaging industry (B2B).
2. Experience in labels or printed packaging is beneficial, with basic industry knowledge.
3. Fluent in German and English; Italian is a plus.
4. Customer-oriented with strong social and cultural skills and excellent negotiation abilities.
5. Willing to travel within Europe and the UK.
6. Experience selling hologram labels in the governmental sector.
7. Proficient in Office 365 and common CRM tools.

Compensation
