Job Description:

Adecco Italia SpA, on behalf of a Multinational Company based in Italy, is seeking a Junior Global Business Controller.

This role is crucial in supporting the Global Finance team, overseeing global financial analysis and reporting, supporting financial strategy management, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to senior management. The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Finance Director and collaborate with local controlling teams across geographies and central functions.

Main Activities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive global financial analysis aligned with the company's business objectives;
2. Prepare budgets and forecasts for the Business Unit, including managing subsidiary budgets;
3. Perform consolidation of financial results from multiple entities;
4. Oversee global financial reporting, including consolidated financial statements;
5. Manage and control the BU working capital to maximize cash flow from raw materials to sales;
6. Provide financial analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making;
7. Create business unit reports and presentations with financial performance insights;
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Economics or equivalent;
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Expert knowledge of Excel;
• High precision, attention to detail, effective teamwork, and goal-oriented work ethic;
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
