Location: Tier-1 Italian cities (ideally Milan, Rome, Turin) – Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a Community & Event Management Part-Timer to activate local ecosystems and bring our global vision to life. You will act as a key connector between our platform and your city’s changemakers—sparking collaborations, fostering community, and powering engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Activate and grow vibrant communities aligned with sustainability and innovation.
2. Organize impactful online and in-person events to energize and connect audiences.
3. Build relationships with speakers, thought leaders, and local innovators.
4. Create meaningful content to share our mission and engage the community.
5. Participate in onboarding to understand Hubbers' community dynamics and event strategies.
6. Plan, promote, and execute community-focused events.
7. Collaborate with speakers, sponsors, and partners to maximize event value.
8. Facilitate conversations leading to collaboration.
9. Produce engaging content (posts, visuals, stories) to showcase community voices.
10. Report on impact and engagement metrics to improve future activities.
11. Listen to local feedback and translate it into actionable insights.

Note: Training may be provided to ensure you are fully equipped for the role.

Who You Are

• A natural connector passionate about people and purpose.
• Experience or strong motivation in community building, event organization, or content creation.
• Deeply care about sustainability, collaboration, and effecting real change.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Organized, resourceful, and comfortable using tools like Zoom, Canva, Slack, and social media.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude towards challenges and turning ideas into action.

Compensation
