Job Description

Your opportunity

You will support and report to the Inventory Revalorisation Director in developing and implementing structures to manage obsolete inventories through various cleaning channels.

How you will contribute

1. Collect inventory data from Stealth and RDM, rework it using Power BI, and present dashboards.
2. Feed data into dashboards and continuously improve them (e.g., by introducing sell-thru information).
3. Collect data on non-merchandise and follow up on clearance initiatives in collaboration with Kering Ops & Sustainability.
4. Organize specific events in Europe and other regions.
5. Supervise the online Friends & Family platform in collaboration with Kering Digital.
6. Identify recycling and upcycling partners, manage recycling pilots, and support capacity ramp-up with Kering Sustainability.
7. Establish structures in regions through the incorporation of Group multibrand entities.
8. Oversee physical inventories and movements for all clearance initiatives (F&F events, recycling).
9. Manage contractual aspects of collaborations with partners for clearance initiatives, working with Kering Legal.
10. Assist in preparing monthly updates for the Kering Executive Team and brand representatives.
11. Support workshops with Kering and brand sustainability departments to monitor pilots and initiatives.

Who you are

• Graduated in Management Engineering, Economics, or similar fields.
• Experienced in fashion retail or consulting.
• Proactive, organized, problem-solver, with an analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.
