Main requirements

For this position, the ideal Rhino should possess:

1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
2. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
3. Strong experience with test automation tools (Gherkin, Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
4. A rigorous and organized mindset
5. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
7. A strong commitment to improving service quality and processes
8. Proficiency in English — bonus points if you can follow basic conversations in French
9. Availability for a remote work model based in Portugal
