Position: National Account Manager - Skinceuticals

Skinceuticals, a premium medical brand of the L'Oréal Group, is seeking a talented and driven National Account Manager dedicated to developing the Aesthetic Medicine Clinic channel. The successful candidate will join a rapidly expanding team and will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clinics, with the goal of increasing sales of Skinceuticals dermocosmetic products and strengthening the brand's presence and credibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with current and potential clients, proposing tailored solutions and anticipating their needs.
  2. Ensure the identification of the correct targets and the achievement of monthly sales objectives.
  3. Manage the client portfolio and all sales-related activities within the designated channel.
  4. Present the Skinceuticals product catalog and treatments professionally, highlighting benefits and added value.
  5. Provide personalized advice to clients on product use in procedures to grow their business.
  6. Collaborate with headquarters teams (Marketing, Medical, Digital) for brand consistency and strategic initiatives.
  7. Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and industry changes.
  8. Participate in industry conferences and events to promote products and expand contacts.
  9. Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients based on trust and transparency.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology) or economics.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the field.
  • Solid knowledge of the aesthetic medicine sector and an established network with target professionals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills.
  • Residence preferably in central Italy.
  • Willingness to travel (90% of time).
