Location: Italy - 100% Remote / Home Working (Must permanently live in Italy & have the right to work without restrictions)

Pay Rate: 16-20 EUR per hour

Contract: 12-month initial contract (Likely to be extended, but no guarantees) - Self-employed contractor. Responsible for own taxes.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

The Role

We seek a dynamic Country Manager with a strong educational background to position Twinkl as the leading educational resource provider in Italy. The ideal candidate will be well-connected in the education sector, passionate about supporting educators, and capable of leading teams effectively.

In this role, you will lead the country and segment strategy, including product development initiatives, leveraging Twinkl's expertise to shape Italy's educational landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Educational Leadership and Market Understanding: Understand the education landscape, build relationships with decision-makers and educators, and conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Product Development: Lead the development of resources tailored for educators, motivate your team, and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Marketing and Brand Awareness: Develop marketing strategies, execute campaigns, build relationships with local organizations, and analyze marketing data to refine strategies.
• Business Growth and Performance: Achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets, monitor market trends, and report on performance metrics.
