Descrizione del lavoro

● Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create excellent quality shows that keep listeners engaged and have maximum retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions etc).

● Analyze show performance and conduct root cause analysis if there is a drop in listenership at any point of a show.

● Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, coordinating with sound engineers, and managing post-production.

● Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.

● Collaborate with the content and creation teams to understand content pipelines and plan resources accordingly.

● Contribute innovative ideas to keep content exciting, including suggestions related to sound design, production processes, and final output.

● Provide ongoing feedback to help host talent reach their full potential.

● Work with Category Managers and Program Managers to help manage P&L for the category, including talent and talent representatives.

● Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and ease working with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and comfortably interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
