What you'll do:

Your primary role as the Sales Lead Manager will be to create and manage incoming requests from potential customers, guiding them through a journey from initial interest to becoming satisfied customers. By providing exceptional support and personalized experiences, you'll ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  1. Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing to drive conversions.
  2. Research potential Key Account customers and their buyers.
  3. Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are scheduled.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operations to optimize lead generation efforts and enhance customer experience.
  5. Gain valuable experience with the opportunity to advance to an international team management role.

  • You have excellent written communication skills and can craft email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are an active relationship builder capable of collaborating with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.
