Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our audio production team and manage the creation of engaging shows. Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to produce high-quality content that retains listeners at all stages.
2. Analyzing show performance and conducting root cause analysis for any drops in listenership.
3. Managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, and coordinating sound engineers and post-production activities.
4. Leading all aspects of audio production from scheduling to publication across multiple shows.
5. Collaborating with content teams to plan resources and ensure a smooth content pipeline.
6. Contributing innovative ideas for sound design, production processes, and final output.
7. Providing feedback to talent to help them reach their full potential.
8. Working with category and program managers to manage P&L in collaboration with talent and their representatives.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or related fields.
2. Native proficiency in Italian and fluent in English.
3. Background in audio work is a plus.
4. Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for hit shows.
5. Strategic thinker with creative flair and strong project management skills.
6. Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience working with talent and their representatives.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure across diverse cultural backgrounds.
