QA stands for “Quality Assurance”. A Quality Assurance Engineer identifies whether the product or application developed will meet the client’s requirements or not.

The main goal is to ensure that the product developed is bug-free and running efficiently. Since a QA engineer has a good understanding of designing, implementing, debugging, and defining test cases, they play a vital role in the product development life cycle and identify any issues with the product before its launch.

This job offers a multicultural environment, work in a Scrum Agile Team, and opportunities to learn the most updated tools in marketing for testing.

Objectives & Responsibilities

• Write and maintain automated test suites.
• Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating broad experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn rapidly.
• Report defects using JIRA.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
• Analyze test automation and non-regression results.
• Collaborate with the QA Manager to improve and implement best practices within the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• University degree in electrical, electronics, computer science, or engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
• Understanding of REST API concepts.
• Proficiency with XML and JSON.
• Knowledge of Linux environment.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, or similar.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Git flow workflow.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress.io or Selenium for automation testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies.
• Experience with Cucumber Gherkins.
