We are currently seeking a Junior Trade Marketing Manager for our Milan office to assist the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in implementing trade strategies for Dompé's Primary and Specialty Care across Wholesalers, Networks, and Retailers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in defining the Trade Plan of Clients with channel objectives, investments, and execution priorities, including the related Budget;
  2. Execute analysis and evaluation of data related to the market and clients to define annual trade policies and operational plans for clients (Wholesalers, Networks, and Retailers);
  3. Drive segmentation and targeting based on geography and market potential of clients to maximize sell-out results;
  4. Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in executing trade plans with clients;
  5. Assist in planning and implementing online and offline communication initiatives, ensuring activities align with brand objectives and guidelines set by Marketing Managers;
  6. Maintain contact and develop strong relationships with clients to reinforce partnerships;
  7. Support Field Force in managing relationships with Wholesalers, Networks, and Retailers;
  8. Provide internal reports and proposals, collaborating actively with Marketing and Sales teams;
  9. Contribute to the allocation and monitoring of trade marketing expenses to ensure optimal resource distribution across campaigns and clients;
  10. Interact proactively with Drug Safety to report suspected adverse reactions;
  11. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Legislative Decree 231/01 and internal codes of conduct;
  12. Adhere to legal obligations and procedures related to occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental protection within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in economics or an equivalent field;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing within structured companies;
  • Experience in international contexts, preferably in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, nutrition, or cosmetics.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent command of English;
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
