Job Description

Looking for technicians to service our customers in the Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Monroe, Lenawee, and Washtenaw areas. We are willing to assist with relocation expenses to Northwest Ohio or Southeast Michigan for qualified candidates.

This position is for experienced appliance technicians with a minimum of 2 years of field experience and technical training. Candidates can start immediately with minimal initial training. Technicians with over 2 years of experience in the appliance repair industry may qualify for a sign-on bonus.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to cross-train on other products
• Strong mechanical skills with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Punctuality, courtesy, and good grooming
• Background check, drug screening, and driving record review required
• Refrigeration experience and EPA license required
• Lead technician positions may be available
• Minimum 2 years of appliance service experience in the field is required

Pay ranges from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, with bonuses. Sign-on bonuses are offered based on experience and qualifications.
