Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

Location: Rovigo, Italy

For a company operating in the Tech sector, specializing in automating personnel management processes, we are seeking a Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  1. Complete payroll management for a portfolio of clients: processing pay slips, compliance with authorities, and mandatory communications;
  2. Direct assistance to assigned companies;
  3. Collaborate with the product team for continuous improvement of the HR software;
  4. At least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing;
  5. Experience in independently managing clients;
  6. Good knowledge of the Commerce and Metalworking national collective bargaining agreements (CCNL);
  7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
  8. Interest in HR process innovation and a proactive attitude towards change;
  9. Gross annual salary (RAL) between €24,000 and €27,000, to be evaluated based on the candidate's experience;
  10. Daily meal vouchers worth €8;
  11. Fully remote work, with no territorial limitations;
  12. Maximum organizational flexibility, goal-oriented;
