Are you a bilingual / multilingual tech customer support /engineering professional with a passion for smart technology and IoT solutions? We're hiring a Technical Support Officer/Engineer /Field Engineer to support, train, and empower clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client project requirements and deliver tailored tech solutions
  • Train clients on smart product usage and configuration
  • Produce technical documentation to guide setup and troubleshooting
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain high client satisfaction

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or a similar field
  • Fluency in Chinese and English is essential
  • Bonus: knowledge of Italian, German, or French
  • Prior experience in technical support or testing roles
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork
