Job Description:

We are seeking an Apprentice for Smart Infrastructure in Milan, within the Buildings area, to be trained as a Junior Installed Base Process Owner - Administrative Support.

During this apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive, state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills, supported by a mentor to help you achieve your career goals.

As a Junior Installed Base Process Owner, your main activities will include:

  • Setting up and maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent customer master and iBase data on Siemens platforms such as SAP and dedicated iBase management tools.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and resolving customer data quality issues promptly.
  • Updating functional location/equipment data following site changes.
  • Reporting on KPIs and driving data quality excellence.
  • Aligning with Global iBase Strategy initiatives.
  • Supporting Digital Service Center with administrative tasks.
  • Being responsible for the governance of the tools included in the process.

Required qualifications:

  • You are under 30 years old, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
  • You have a technical academic background (High school Diploma, ITS Degree, or Degree).
  • You are ambitious to develop your knowledge of the services market and its processes.
  • You are familiar with SAP and Microsoft products (Power BI, Outlook, Excel).
  • You are proficient in English and Italian.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and are a team player.
  • You can work effectively in a changing environment.
  • You have a passion for continuous growth.
  • You respect and appreciate individual uniqueness, and are willing to co-create and share knowledge.
