Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst

An exciting new position has arisen for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst to join a rewarding, market-leading end-user organisation based in Europe.

As the Senior Oracle HCM System Analyst, you will join a global HR systems team, focusing on HCM Cloud, managing data, configuration, change requests, system support, and engagement across the user community.

Location:

Europe-based – Candidates will be remote, with occasional travel.

Locations considered include Germany, Poland, France, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• System administration experience on Oracle Cloud HCM
• Core Oracle HCM experience, ideally with at least two modules (e.g., HR, Talent, Recruitment)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
