Job Title: Manutentore Elettrico

Adecco Senior Consultant is seeking, on behalf of a leading multinational company in the metalworking sector based in Bresso, specializing in automated industrial production, a Manutentore Elettrico to join the technical team.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform autonomous maintenance interventions, including routine, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance on production plants.
2. Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of production lines.
3. Collaborate actively with maintenance and production departments to ensure operational continuity of the plants.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical qualification in electrical/electronic field (preferable but not essential if previous experience in the role is available).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience in wiring on machinery.
• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in structured industrial environments.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift cycle (07:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00 / 23:00-07:00), Monday to Saturday.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems is appreciated.

Offer:

• Permanent contract according to the Metalmeccanico Industry National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).
• Salary commensurate with experience.

Availability for shifts with night work.
