Irinox, founded in 1989 in Corbanese, Italy, is globally recognized as a specialist in the production of high-quality rapid temperature shock freezers, preservation systems for professional and domestic sectors, and stainless steel electrical panels. All manufacturing is carried out at our facilities near Treviso, Italy.

Position:

For the Electrical Panels Business Unit, we are seeking a Field Account Manager Germany to join our sales team, reporting to the Account Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer relationships under the supervision of the direct manager to achieve company objectives.
  2. Ensure coverage of the assigned area through on-site visits and remote interactions with clients.
  3. Support other departments (Customer Service, Technical Office, After Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure successful sales processes, customer satisfaction, and promote the company and its products. Assign the defined budget to each customer within the area/country.
  4. Determine commercial conditions (discounts, returns, payment terms, credit) for new and existing clients, aligned with company goals.
  5. Coordinate and possibly implement the indirect sales force (distributors and agencies).
  6. Utilize CRM and Business Intelligence software to plan and monitor activities.
  7. Participate in periodic company meetings.
  8. Gather and share market information; participate in industry events and trade shows.
  9. Engage in scheduled training initiatives.
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of German (B2/C1) and a good level of English (B1/B2).
  • At least 2 years of experience in industrial sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Basic ability to interpret technical drawings in common formats.
Soft Skills:
