Un'importante agenzia di lavoro in Italia cerca Operatori Call Center Inbound nel settore energetico. I candidati selezionati forniranno assistenza per le chiamate relative all'elettricità e al gas, con opportunità di upselling. È richiesta la conoscenza dell'italiano e un diploma di scuola superiore. Contratto a termine di 3 mesi con possibilità di estensione.

Job Opportunity: Call Center Operator - Inbound (Energy Sector)

Location: Roma Bissolati

Position: Inbound Call Center Operators - Energy Sector

The selected candidates will provide assistance for a major company operating in the energy sector, handling inbound calls related to electricity and gas supply (free market), including upselling sales activities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Italian
• High school diploma or equivalent

Key Skills:

• Customer orientation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Contract Details:

3-month fixed-term contract via temporary agency with potential for extension.

Working Hours:

20 to 30 hours per week, 5 days a week

Operational Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00-22:00; Saturday 08:00-13:00

Training:

Mandatory in-person training from June 9 to June 20, 09:00-17:00
