Gi Group S.p.A, in collaboration with a major client in the Contact Center Automotive and Mobility sector, is recruiting for the following position:

Apprentice Customer Care - Automotive Sector

If you're eager to learn this profession, this 2nd-level apprenticeship contract is ideal for you! It is a professionalizing contract that combines work activities with training, aimed at candidates aged between 18 and 29, and is intended to lead to a permanent contract.

Training Objectives and Activities

You will join a young and dynamic team and handle third-level cases, critical or technical issues, often reported by VIP clients, legal entities, or top management in the automotive sector.

Who Are You?
  • You have a passion for customer support and want to develop skills in this field
  • You possess excellent communication and listening skills
  • You have a good knowledge of and predisposition to using IT tools
  • Previous experience in customer care or public contact activities is appreciated but not required
  • A degree in legal sciences, communication sciences, or related fields is preferred
Offer
  • Pre-employment training lasting 2 weeks starting from May 26, 2025 (excluding weekends), conducted in person
  • 2nd-level apprenticeship contract lasting 24 months
  • Part-time hours: 20/30 hours per week, shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Initial classification: 2nd level CCNL Telecommunications
  • Final classification: 3rd level CCNL Telecommunications

Remote Work Possibility

Presence in the office is required 6 days per month.
