Position: Electrical Engineer

Adecco Italia Spa, for a leading international company in the electrical sector, is seeking an Electrical Engineer.

The successful candidate, reporting to the Engineering Manager within the Engineering department, will be responsible for designing low and medium voltage electrical equipment. Key responsibilities include:

1. Performing technical evaluations of commercial offers and supporting the Sales department in proposal preparation;
2. Analyzing contractual technical specifications to identify potential issues;
3. Collaborating with electrical designers to define equipment placement within the plant;
4. Designing electrical conduits based on project requirements, international standards, and company protocols;
5. Analyzing functional diagrams, electrical load lists, and equipment lists to prepare terminal tables and cable lists;
6. Drafting technical specifications for procurement related to installation and electrical assembly;
7. Evaluating technical offers received from suppliers and monitoring supply follow-up;
8. Monitoring project timelines and coordinating with involved departments;
9. Participating in equipment testing and commissioning;
10. Supporting electrical installation supervision and plant startup activities both in Italy and abroad, including direct involvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent;
• Experience with installation of industrial electrical systems;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electrical CAD software (AutoCAD, Eplan);
• Good command of English;
• Willingness to undertake short national and international trips;
• Problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and results-oriented approach.
