Quality & Sustainability Assistant supports the Quality & Sustainability Manager in managing, implementing, and controlling the company's operational standards and certifications. Responsibilities include managing documentation, conducting internal inspections, implementing improvement actions, and continuously monitoring guest satisfaction through customer satisfaction tools and mystery guest surveys. The role also involves verifying the correct application of regulations related to HACCP, Privacy, and Safety within the Group Lefay's hospitality structures. In collaboration with the Chief Sustainability Officer, the assistant supports the General Management in applying quality and environmental and social sustainability guidelines, maintaining relevant external certifications, and coordinating the annual Sustainability Report.
