Job summary

St. Louise School – Caviglia Campus (Milan) is seeking an Early Years Teacher on a maternity cover starting January 2027, for play‑based education of children aged 2–5 and to support holistic development.

The ideal candidate holds a recognised early years qualification, has experience with 2–5s, and is familiar with EYFS or Reggio Emilia. IB PYP experience is preferred but other curricula are considered.

Qualifications

• Recognised early years teaching qualification.
• Experience with children aged 2-5 in an early years or nursery setting.
• Knowledge of child development and EYFS/Reggio Emilia or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with children, parents and colleagues.
• Strong classroom management and planning abilities.
