Florence Bilingual School is seeking an Early Years Substitute Teacher to ensure continuity in student learning while substituting as needed. You will supervise, evaluate, and report on progress, plan engaging activities, and maintain a positive learning environment.

This hourly role pays €12 per hour for zero-hour availability, with a focus on supporting the fantastic team at Cognita’s Florence location. Prior early years experience is valued and flexibility is essential.

About The Role

The Early Years Substitute Teacher ensures continuity in student learning by supervising, evaluating, and reporting on student progress. They plan engaging activities aligned with the curriculum, prepare the classroom environment, and set clear learning objectives. The role involves managing student behaviour, adapting teaching for individual needs, and maintaining communication with families and staff. Participation in school activities and collaboration on classroom routines is essential.

Salary: €12 per hour

Hours: Zero hours, as needed
