Kiddy English is seeking to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join us in August 2025.

Candidates should be committed to high standards, interested in using innovative approaches to learning, and enthusiastic about promoting international understanding. As we are looking to appoint the right candidate when we find them, interviews will be held on a rolling basis, either online or in person. We encourage applicants to apply as soon as possible.

Kiddy English, a member of the International School of Europe group, which has been providing excellence in international education for students in Milan and throughout Italy since 1957, is now a member of the Inspired Global Group of International Schools.

Kiddy English offers outstanding and innovative international education and care within a full immersion English setting for children aged two to five years. We offer a curriculum that is child-initiated and teacher-framed, grounded firmly in expressive arts and creative thinking. We consider teachers to be co-constructors of knowledge, supporting and guiding children in their learning experiences. With this in mind, the school wishes to appoint an Early Years Assistant to start in September 2023.

The position

1. To be a native English speaker OR to have high-level English skills;
2. To be an EU passport holder or already possess a valid visa that enables work in Italy. Please note that a UK passport no longer grants the right to work in the EU.
3. Some experience of working with children is desirable.
