Job Description:

1. Build and maintain relationships with public authorities at different levels related to Xiaomi's business, including ministries and local authorities. Arrange meetings for top management and expert units with government officials and key stakeholders.
2. Provide in-depth analysis of digital industry policies and regulations in Italy and Europe, focusing on product compliance, identifying potential risks, and offering policy advice.
3. Engage actively with relevant industrial associations and develop a network of contacts with industrial partners.
4. Coordinate with Xiaomi’s Milano office to align internal and external stakeholders on policy positions.
5. Represent Xiaomi in interactions with government, research institutes, international organizations, and public agencies.
6. Collaborate with local business units and the Risk Compliance Center to support relevant issues.
7. Coordinate advocacy activities related to product requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. 4-6 years of experience dealing with government departments and public authorities, preferably in government or corporate GR/PA departments.
2. Knowledge of the ICT and automotive industries, and industrial policy development in Europe and globally.
3. Strong analytical, presentation, and objective-oriented skills. Self-motivated, resilient, with excellent self-management.
4. Outstanding interpersonal and social skills.
5. Ability to interpret regulatory trends and market developments to find solutions in complex situations.
6. Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Public Relations, International Studies, Political Science, Law, or similar.
7. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other EU languages is a plus.
