Job Title: Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative

ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking to recruit an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative on behalf of its client, a global Healthcare Technology leader.

Location:

Ampelokipoi, Athens

Working Model:

Hybrid Model (Fully remote after training period)

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00

Contract:

Permanent

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive retention of new patients during onboarding for insulin pump and/or continuous glucose monitoring through outbound calls related to product education, patient assessments, and additional factors.
  2. Deliver safe and reliable customer service and technical support for Diabetes customers in Italy.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and answer questions according to departmental protocols.
  4. Build positive relationships with patients, assist with goal setting, and address concerns during therapy.
  5. Ensure support and solutions align with Department and Standard Operating Procedures.
  6. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience while assisting customers.
  7. Accurately document customer interactions in the PCRM system.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. At least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center, office, or helpdesk environment.
  3. Fluent in Greek and English.
  4. Fluency in Italian is highly appreciated.
  5. Ability to build trust and engagement with patients.
  6. Effective multi-tasking skills.
