Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a HR Cost Controller to join our Human Resources department in our HQ in Milan. The candidate will report to the Head of Labor Cost and Total Reward and will use analytical skills and a data-driven approach to address business-relevant decisions and provide insights into the organization and its employees. The candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance Department and Business functions to support decisions and drive actions aimed at implementing our strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Set-up and conduct workforce analytics for HQ and for all countries (actuals, forecasts, budget, strategic plans and variance analysis) as well as provide relevant analysis, insights and key data;
  • Deliver punctual and precise labor cost analysis;
  • HR budget delivery and monitoring;
  • HR numerical dashboard and HC review process;
  • Lead Group forecasting processes, ensuring periodic reports and analysis;
  • Be the point of reference for HRIS in the countries performing analysis, report and data checks
  • Provide support to finalize financial statements together with Finance Department and maintain the relationship with external auditors.
  • Participate and/or drive organizational analysis and process review projects (structures, sizing, roles and responsibilities) by directly interacting with line managers

Requirements:

  • Degree in one of the following areas: Economics, Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in the same or similar role, gained in a structured and multinational manufacturing Company.
  • Full proficiency in Italian and English
  • Full proficiency in MsOffice suite, in particular in MsExcel and MsPowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR KPIs, Budget and actual variance analysis.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP FI/CO will be considered a plus.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, open-minded, punctual and precise, with a digital mindset and with strong communication skills.
