We focus on providing technical assistance, project evaluations, feasibility studies, monitoring and evaluation systems, operational support, and business development services.

Our role is to support our Clients in strengthening their projects and operations through specialized expertise, structured methodologies, and tailored consulting.

Usually, we do not directly manage or implement international cooperation projects. We operate through targeted assignments and missions, usually short-term, supporting the strategic and operational needs of our Clients without taking on roles of project ownership or long-term field management.

Description

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Direction, implementing international projects.

He/She will be responsible for implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. He/She will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and the Direction.

Our Clients include international organizations, enterprises, and non-profit organizations.

The candidate should be available for periodic short missions abroad (mainly in Africa, the Middle East, and South America).

We are looking for a full-time position; duty station is the Rome office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the assigned projects
• Produce reports, conduct market analysis, and feasibility studies
• Support the Direction in business development activities
• Set project timelines and monitor project deliverables
• Support the Direction in operations management and support services

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in health management, public health, economics, engineering, international cooperation, or other relevant fields.
• At least 2 years of previous working experience. International experience is considered an advantage.
• Good to very good English proficiency. Additional language skills (preferably French, Spanish, or Portuguese) are an advantage.
